Structure of Intersteno
Following the approval of the new Statute, which took place at the Congress of Roma 2003, the bodies of Intersteno are:
  • The Board which consists of
    The President,
    The Vice President,
    The Secretary General,
    The Coordinator of the Jury,
    The Coordinator of the Scientific Committee..
  • The Central Committee (which is composed by a Representative for each Nation)
  • The Jury of the International contests
  • The Auditing Committee

  • The General Assembly is composed by the Members of the Central Committee and by an additional number of persons who have the power to vote. The number of these persons is calculated with relation to the population of the Country they are representing (minimum 3, maximum 12)

  • All charges are elected for 4 years and the persons can be re-elected. On a temporary base, for the years 2003 - 2005 Marlise Kulb (who will organize the Congress in Wien in 2005) is also named President of Intersteno, and her duty will end at the end of the said Congress.

  • Intersteno also includes a Group of Parliamentary Reporters (IPRS) whose coordinator is elected on the occasione of the Congresses. Mr.  Paul Hadlow - English Parliament - Londra. (hadlowp@parliament.uk) is now the Coordinator of this group.

    • Herebelow is a list of the members of the Central Committee as at 2004.
