BORIS NEUBAUER – Germany

I am 45 years old. I earn my living as a lecturer in Aachen University of Applied Science. My subjects there are production and transmission of electricity. My background from university is physics.

Shorthand is my hobby, probably much more than that. I am chairing the German Research Institute of Shorthand, where we take care of the German Shorthand Library and train teachers for shorthand and text processing. Among the systems I read and write is the German Unified System, Gabelsberger, Stolze-Schrey, Byrom and Duployé (just started).

My other hobby is learning foreign languages (using them for giving lectures and writing them in shorthand).
